Dr. Haskin has been with Coastal Orthopedics since 1984. After receiving his bachelor of general studies degree from the University of South Carolina, he went on to obtain his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina. From there, Dr. Haskin completed an internship in general surgery and a residency in orthopaedic surgery at the Medical University of South Carolina. He then finished a fellowship in surgery of the hand and microsurgical reconstruction of the extremities at the same institution.

In addition to his clinical commitments, Dr. Haskin has served as President of the Southeastern Hand Club and has been President of Coastal Orthopedics for 25 years.

Dr. Haskin is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and has a Certification of Added Qualification in Surgery of the Hand.
